Panachyati Leadership with strong religious ethos played principal responsibility during ancient times in structuring on futuristic way of life including health safeguards. They listed preventive do & don’t does in those prevalent circumstances with limitation of scientific inventions for human utilities available in those times. The journey of human life had been influenced greatly by the belief for existence and role of GOD. The non existence for the GOD is recent ideology cultured on the name tag of COMMUNIST way of life but is fading away from country to country. The failure on non delivery of basic human necessities happened to be moot point behind creation of BLOCKS for belief in GOD or non belief. The national constrains for availability of resources corresponding to the population of a country played major role in bringing alternative Governance philosophies in respective countries .The Block of countries now known as developed had substantial per capita natural resources to meet basics to their natives, hence failed the VIRUS spread of communist ideology on them.
II) We, therefore the Global society, members either believes in GOD or has non believers. There are a few in between categories of humanity who prefer continue search for the final view point. The believers in existence of GOD have to create an image in mind for likely hood of the shape of GOD to connect him/her. There comes the role of IDOLS /STATUES or pictures for the GOD. The Sikh Gurus fore bade creation and use for both. Despite formal statue religious guidelines the Sikh Community has not been able to detach from the picture culture. No one has ever seen the real picture for the GOD and till that time the IDOL or PICTURES brought in utilization belong to the best children of ALMIGHTY & in real not for GOD himself/herself. The society by & large has been mixing the personality for GOD with that of his children who appeared on Earth in human form, spreading message value for co existence of humanity. The Hindu Diaspora has not been able to abandon the practice for absolute faith in statues made in devotion for so many individual choices on them. The Sikh faith believers, in accordance to a historian are also turning out to be insensitive to the fact that frequent print of pictures in newspapers invites disrespect when papers are ultimately thrown out in dustbin by them or other population of India.
Despite the standing FAITH guidelines for non use of idol or pictures, the S.G.P.C. has not held introspection for alternatives or restrictions by regulating printing of pictures for Gurus by every news papers, though they bring in memory with respect but are not aware for S.O.P. for discarding process those prints. The Sikh community may have to address such thought process considering that there has been past common history with majority non Sikh Punjabi community but now path for belief is entirely different & independent.
III) The non Sikh Punjabi community also expected to display superior responsibility presenting natural affinity to their neighborhood Punjabis than to common believers in idolism with co natives for East, West, South or Central India. It is believed that JUDA faith believers hold exceptional Values in respecting relationship of neighborhood. The Sikh faith daily seek welfare of humanity at Global levels & has no visible reasons not to be friendly with other races of India unless not challenged on dignity levels. The Sikh Community is silent on another reality that original Ardas (Sikh Prayer) contained para ,” Sabh Sikhon ko hukam hai -Guru Manio Panth “ but somewhere historians modified to “Guru Manio Granth“, thereby positioning Guru Granth Sahib to be respected as Holly living Guru. The opportunity contributed for observations by (Swamy) Pandit Daya Nanda Tiwari, who created concept for Arya Samaj by incorporating important Sikh principles in it, but wrote that ,” Sikh Gurus prohibited Idol worship but they continue worship Guru Granth Sahib in a similar method to that of Hindu actions for Idol worship?”I t may require further research in understanding the real picture emerged is in accordance to sermons delivered by Guru Gobind Singh being practiced on this account by Sikh Diaspora.
IV) Thus, certain historical facts of life allow classification of the Global society primarily for a block of people; believers in existence for GOD and others who are not on this path of life. Many of them otherwise invite contradictions when considered on comparative value chart. The leaders in the practice for Judaism, the Christianity and Muslim faith believes that the father for all these three major religions happened to be Lord Abraham or Ibrahim. The Muslim faith followers are prohibited the use of the PIG meat holding in different value prospectus, primarily for health risk. They act in accordance to the ancient religious guidelines but the other large number of their co brotherhood in Christianity does not prohibit eating for the PIG or its products. Interestingly the three communities displayed intellect and maturity by not challenging such issues on community level in the degree of residuary conflict areas with other Asian communities such as Hindus.
V ) The Hebrew Bible reportedly Prohibit the use of pig, because it has a cloven hoof that is completely split, but will not regurgitate its cud; it is unclear. The Jewish law, pork is one of a number of foods forbidden from consumption by Jews. These foods are known as “non-kosher” foods. In order for a meat to be kosher, it must first come from a kosher animal. A kosher animal must be a ruminant and have split hooves; therefore, cows, sheep, goats and deer are all kosher, whereas camels and pigs (each having only one sign of kashrut) are not kosher. Islamic law is similar to Jewish law for the consumption of pork, that the land animal, to be Halal, it must have split hooves and chew its cud and it cannot have one and not the other, like the pig has split hooves but does not chew its cud. Among many Christian sects, the restrictions were interpreted to be lifted by Peter’s vision of a sheet with animals. However, Seventh-day Adventists, and members of the Ethiopian Orthodox church also do not eat pork. Pope Shenouda III of the Coptic Orthodox Church of Alexandria told his followers in 2007 not to eat pork, although this advice was based on his own opinions and not on Christian scripture. It was criticized by clergy of other Christian denominations in Egypt. The Seventh-Day Adventist Church believes that the biblical principles established in the Book of Leviticus (Chapter 11) are still wholly applicable today. The Church believes that the dietary and lifestyle guidelines in Leviticus were established for the betterment of mankind and of society.
VI) The Hindus, primarily were vegetarian for states other than Punjab territories. Punjab has been in use for different meats, though avoiding use for PIG for hygienic reasons and exception or forbidden for non use of meat for Cow/Ox. Our friend who is unfortunately no more, had gone abroad for an interactive exchange programme sponsored by Rotary International way back around 1975-76. He encountered question from people of visiting country. The question was that why the Hindus do not eat meat of Ox or Cow. The response given by him was shared with us as such,” The land of India was agrarian and the inhabitants as per the practice in ancient times were eating everything without differentiation for animal including Ox/Cow and birds .The elders held the view that the consumption for animals was higher than reproduction and fearing that a it may bring society to great risk for being agriculture based economy. It was the idea of those elders who use to construct major decision of the society for future survivals. They further to ensure compliance invariably linked decisions for faithful compliance to religious ethos and so was the prohibition on the use of Ox/Cow meat. Thus the principal behind non consumption for animals in the category of Ox or Cow had economics when linked to religion for faithful implementations by the society. The faith once connected to the necessity continues to be practiced from ages on the Indian land. Now it is a matter of faith for Hindus by not allowing Cow or Ox meat to be used by their community as that of prohibitive restrictions to Muslims for the use of meat of Pigs.
VII)The Christianity representing British though share common heritage with Muslim made no exception either for the use of Ox/Cow or PIG throughout their controls on Indian & Punjab territories or even before or after those times. India may be surprised to know that though Maharaja Ranjit Singh is known to have controlled one of the best managed Empires in those times when JUSTICE WAS SEEN TO HAVE BEEN DONE had strictly enforced Ox/Cow slaughter during his rule on Punjab territory. The slaughter of Cow invited major punishments to his rule book in certain locations. He was able to govern majority Muslim with larger non Sikh population by making certain friendly norms but the B.J.P. kind of new cultures brought out from Maharashtra do not respectfully come forward in praise of these qualities in him when they otherwise failed to implement similar ethos in their own territories.
