Indian Governance ethically poorest than for Sikh & British Eras.

The people from previous generations stated that the British in comparison to post 1945 times, were honest in solving difficulties of common man, having most part of constitution unwritten for U.K., managed Punjab geographical area 1,,33,741 sq miles during old India, involving existing Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, J&K, part of Rajasthan areas for Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Pakistan with less then 10% officers in I.C.S. & I.P. cadre strength now but New India has not succeeded in delivery for better JUSTICE then them despite on deployment for thousands of faithful officers to DELHI ,in the categories for JUDICIARY, IAS, IPS, IRS, PCS, PPS & lot more in line. Indians may also QUESTION but differently when all their other means get exhausted asking means for equality in Quality of life.
B) The police administration in India particularly for northern part of the country, more so is what was developed by British to Rule on natives of a foreign country but continue in totality with modest changes here or there. The British were better humans as society with bad few individual exceptions, than collective unhealthy /dishonest spirit of present India with selective few GOOD people among them. The major developments undertaken like roads to Hills ,Hydel electrical Projects, including Bhakhra ,Railways infrastructures laid in much faster way then in last 60 years of New India. They were not that discriminating for such Projects between this state or other & advantage to this lot or other, but were conscious for balanced growth opportunities relevant to the strength of areas .British learnt many aspects of Governance from history of Maharaja Ranjit Singh & improved further to dispense better justice to its people but the new India could not prepare sustainable Road Map for its Journey to make India, a Nation, except success in temporary platform structure projecting some unity on common GOD between most of Northern, Eastern, Southern, western states on belief of similarities for reaching God / Goddess through IDOL worship.
C) The actions displayed in the past by British society, reflect their like –dislikes during a particular periods in the history for a race, community, country & they fought with them with full enmity, but on settlements of conflicts, they humanly made reasonably honest attempt to redress their grievances without discrimination. It appears that majority leaders of New India tries best to hide inferiority complexes for the past history for slavery and act to punish communities who were at advantage stage not for charity but on merit for courage -martyrdom inherited by them from their forefathers,Gurus ,teachers etc, hence, New India fail to target achieving maturity or cultured to reach the standards for Global ethics .India was a cluster of countries for sober ,peaceful kind of people but their journey during Mughal periods gifted them to behave as such; to be unreliable society- behavior linking to the Quote ‘Digha Khote ton,Ghusa ghumiar te.’
D) The British were to leave originally by 1948 from many colonial properties, including India .There were protests by Indians against some of their laws but so are now people agitating over certain rules. It was stated by an intellectual that the Indian actors, who are excellent in their writings by referring the context for the Mahabharta, Ramayana, that they enacted such a picture for the Exit times of British as if they have lost their own relatives in Freedom movement & got the greatest VICTORY & celebrated the achievement for the legitimate control over administrations for the country. Had they got human sense, value for common Indian, they may not have gone for celebrations in 1947, or one out of the two events for 26th Jan 1947 & 15th August 1947 could have been dedicated to be treated as the day for a ‘STATE MOURNING’ for few decades in respect to the loss for over 7 to 10 lacks, innocent killed during partition, between two Punjab territories by the politics of other India anchored from Gujarat, Bengal etc.
